Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and W3RL corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”) for use of CreditBot AI at https://creditbot.w3rlcorporation.com, including SMS (and WhatsApp if configured) and secure report links. By using the site, texting the program number, or replying YES, AUTHORIZE, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

CreditBot AI is a U.S. credit-repair operations assistant. After you pay the operator’s service fee and authorize us by SMS, we (and the operator) may pull your credit report, analyze negative items, prepare and track disputes, and send you progress updates and a secure link to view a report summary.

The public website is informational. Payment of the customer service fee (from $700) is made to the operator directly (for example Cash App, Zelle, or the operator’s Stripe) — not as a card checkout on this site.

3. Eligibility

The service is for individuals who have a U.S. consumer credit file and can legally authorize a report pull. It is not offered outside the United States. You must provide accurate identity information and documents.

4. Credit-report authorization

A reply of YES, AUTHORIZE (or SÍ, AUTORIZO) is your written authorization for CreditBot AI and W3RL corporation, and operators acting for us, to obtain your consumer credit report and to manage disputes of items on that report on your behalf. A reply of NO cancels that authorization for the pending case.

You represent that you are the person named on the ID and Social Security documents provided for the case.

5. Credit scores and report contents

Credit scores and report contents are controlled by consumer reporting agencies and creditors. Disputes may be verified, rejected, updated, or deleted. We do not promise score increases, item removals, loan approval, or any particular outcome. Advertising, SMS, and this site must be read with that limit.

6. Fees

The customer service fee starts at $700 and is paid to the operator before work starts, unless the operator agrees otherwise. Report-pull costs charged to the operator (via Stripe, when configured) are separate from your service fee. Failed or reversed payments may pause or cancel a case.

7. SMS program terms

CreditBot AI (operated by W3RL corporation) sends informational SMS about credit-report authorization, case status, dispute progress, and secure report links. The program number is +18457124964. Message frequency varies with your case (typically a few texts around authorization, then updates as work happens).

By providing your mobile number and opting in — including by texting us to start, or by replying YES, AUTHORIZE — you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from this program. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel (you will receive a one-time confirmation). Reply HELP for help. You can also email w3rlcorporation@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your responsibilities

Keep your phone number current. Do not share a secure report link. Tell us if documents were uploaded in error. Use the service only for your own credit file (or a person you have legal authority to represent).

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or messaging channel (fraud, impersonation, scraping, interfering with other cases, or sending unlawful content). We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for abuse, failed authorization, or legal risk.

10. Third-party services

Messaging is delivered by carriers and Twilio. Payments may involve Stripe or the operator’s cash-transfer apps. Credit bureaus and AI/OCR vendors process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Those parties’ terms also apply to their services. We are not responsible for carrier delays or outages.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, W3RL corporation DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DISPUTES WILL SUCCEED OR THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, W3RL corporation AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, CREDIT DENIALS, OR SCORE CHANGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FEE YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED CASE (OR $700 IF NO FEE WAS PAID). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITS; IN THOSE STATES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify W3RL corporation and its operators against claims arising from your misuse of the service, inaccurate documents, or your violation of these Terms or law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

14. Stopping the service

Reply STOP to end SMS. Email w3rlcorporation@gmail.com to ask us to close a case or delete data we are not required to keep. We may keep authorization and dispute records as required by law. Secure links can be revoked by the operator.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New York, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is posted at https://creditbot.w3rlcorporation.com/terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms, except where the law requires a new consent (for example, a new SMS opt-in).
